As a third-generation Pasadena native and REALTOR® with Seven Gables Real Estate's Altadena office, Austin Hall has deep roots in the Foothill communities he serves. Today, he is focused on helping buyers and sellers throughout Altadena, Pasadena, and the surrounding communities make confident real estate decisions with the benefit of genuine local knowledge and personalized guidance.
A Platinum Producer, Austin specializes in luxury homes, historic properties, and working with first-time buyers. His approach combines strong negotiation, thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and a commitment to making what can be a complicated process feel straightforward and well managed.
Before transitioning into real estate, Austin spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, with the majority of his career spent as a chef. Working in fast-paced professional kitchens taught him the importance of preparation, attention to detail, adaptability, communication, and staying composed under pressure. Today, he brings that same discipline and service-minded approach to real estate—anticipating his clients' needs, proactively solving problems, and making sure every detail of the transaction is handled with care.
Austin's local knowledge extends throughout Altadena and Northeast Pasadena, including Historic Highlands, the President Streets, the Altadena Country Club area, Bungalow Heaven, Brigden Ranch, Hastings Ranch, and East Washington Village. More than simply knowing the real estate market, he understands the character, lifestyle, architecture, and sense of community that make these neighborhoods unique.
Outside of real estate, Austin stays closely connected to the community by coaching youth and high school rugby in Pasadena. When he's not working with clients or on the rugby field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two French bulldogs.
